Many of us believe that the world is just and that people get what they deserve. However, belief in a just world is an illusion. The Universe lives by its own laws, and seeks harmony. And if you break these laws you create an imbalance in the system, and the system / Universe will do everything to correct the imbalance. When we have problems, we often blame others or external circumstances. We hate them, fight with them, or we try to remove them from our lives. We do not realize that they are just tools of Universe. The cause of the problems is within ourselves. We must learn to work with ourselves rather than the circumstances. Changing the world begins with changing ourselves. The world is a projection of us. Energy flows where attention is focused. If we give energy to something, that something starts to grow. If we direct our thoughts on the fight, aggression increases. The world is becoming more aggressive (wars, tsunamis, droughts, floods, etc.), because we and our behavior become more aggressive.
Buddha said, "Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." Therefore, it is particularly important today, in such turbulent times, to start working with yourself; look inside yourself. It is important to bring yourself into balance, find inner harmony, a fulcrum, to feel yourself is a part of the Whole. Then you'll see - that the world around you will change too.

What Happens After Death. Step by Step Instruction
The fear of death is a fundamental fear, a base of all fears experienced by a person. For as long as there is a fear, there is no freedom, no joy, no sense in life. In this class, we will dispel the veil of uncertainty and will discuss in details all those processes that occur with a person after death. Content of the class is based on Tibetan Book of the Dead, Egyptian Book of the Dead, Christian orthodox beliefs, last scientific researches, my personal experience and sources.

Reiki Classes/Attunements
Reiki is not only a healing or spiritual practice, it is a self-organizing and self-restoring system of healing. Reiki is wonderful for everyone, but essential for massage therapists, nurses, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals. To make Reiki accessible to everyone I aim to keep prices affordable. All levels include a certificate of completion and manual.
There are no requirements for Reiki attunement other than the desire to access the healing energy of Reiki. It does not take years of learning! It is simply passed on from the teacher to the student. As soon as this happens, one has and can do Reiki. Because of this, it is easily learned by anyone. Once the attunement is received, you can use Reiki energy for your entire life, as much or as little as you choose.
Level 1 provides you with the foundation and introductory steps into the Reiki healing system. It is focused on self-healing as important part of any healing process. You will be able to transfer the energy of Light through your own hands onto yourself, family, friends, animals. You can use Reiki for non-human recipients, you will be able to clear your home and objects from negative energy. Level 1 - one-day seminar (4-5 hours).
Level 2 is often defined by focusing on Reiki practice on others, as well as on expanded opening of the energy channels. You will learn Reiki symbols for emotional, mental and long distance healing. Level 2 helps you to heal past lives, assists with addictions and negative thinking patterns.
Level 3 increases your capacity to channel the Universal Energy. Level 3 is the final level in the Reiki initiation process, allowing access to the Master symbol.
I practice Reiki for about 20 years. My lineage in traditional Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho goes from Phyllis Lei Furumoto – a granddaughter of Hawayo Takata.

For sessions: If a prepaid session is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment an alternative appointment will be offered. If cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment no refunds will be given and a new appointment will need to be reserved and paid for through Valentina.
For classes: No refunds will be offered in the event you cancel or are unable to participate. However, if you cancel more that 15 days prior to the class date, you may, depending upon availability, be offered a reservation in a future class at no charge. If you cancel within 15 days of the class date, no alternative class dates will be offered.
No refunds in the event you are asked to leave a session or class due to misconduct.
