The cause of the problems is within ourselves. We must learn to work with ourselves rather than the circumstances. Changing the world begins with changing ourselves. The world is a projection of us. Energy flows where attention is focused. If we give energy to something, that something starts to grow. If we direct our thoughts on the fight, aggression increases. The world is becoming more aggressive (wars, tsunamis, droughts, floods, etc.), because we and our behavior become more aggressive.

Buddha said, "Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." Therefore, it is particularly important today, in such turbulent times, to start working with yourself; look inside yourself. It is important to bring yourself into balance, find inner harmony, a fulcrum, to feel yourself is a part of the Whole. Then you'll see - that the world around you will change too.

Reiki Classes/Attunements

Reiki is not only a healing or spiritual practice, it is a self-organizing and self-restoring system of healing. Reiki is wonderful for everyone, but essential for massage therapists, nurses, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals. To make Reiki accessible to everyone I aim to keep prices affordable. All levels include a certificate of completion and manual.

There are no requirements for Reiki attunement other than the desire to access the healing energy of Reiki. It does not take years of learning! It is simply passed on from the teacher to the student. As soon as this happens, one has and can do Reiki. Because of this, it is easily learned by anyone. Once the attunement is received, you can use Reiki energy for your entire life, as much or as little as you choose.

Level 1 provides you with the foundation and introductory steps into the Reiki healing system. It is focused on self-healing as important part of any healing process. You will be able to transfer the energy of Light through your own hands onto yourself, family, friends, animals. You can use Reiki for non-human recipients, you will be able to clear your home and objects from negative energy. Level 1 - one-day seminar (4-5 hours).

Level 2 is often defined by focusing on Reiki practice on others, as well as on expanded opening of the energy channels. You will learn Reiki symbols for emotional, mental and long distance healing. Level 2 helps you to heal past lives, assists with addictions and negative thinking patterns.

Level 3 increases your capacity to channel the Universal Energy. Level 3 is the final level in the Reiki initiation process, allowing access to the Master symbol.

What is Neurographic?

Where did Neurographic come from?

Neurographic was invented in 2014 by Pavel Piskarev - Ph.D., a psychologist, a coach, and an architect.

I studied Neurographic and received my Neurographic Specialist Certificate directly from the creator of the method, Pavel Piskarev.

I offer two forms of classes working with Neurographic algorithms: individual and group. Both are effective but are just two different formats.

Individual session

Pros: a deeper study of your problem; my attention will be focused only on you; all the insights into your problem will be immediately voiced and taken into account; you will receive individual recommendations on your problem; environmentally friendly expression of emotions (you do not have to hide or avoid your feelings, afraid of facing judgment from other people in the group); a freer discussion of intimate topics.

Cons: stepping out of your comfort zone (it would be more correct to say that it would be entering the discomfort zone); the cost of an individual session is higher.

Group session

Pros: less cost; easier to overcome sabotage and resistance (if everyone does the work, you will also do your best); an opportunity to learn from others' experiences; more fun in a group.

Cons: less personal attention than in an individual session.

Individual session: 1.5-2 hours - $81

Group session: minimum of 3 people. Group of 3-4 - $54 for each participant, 5 and more - $48 for each participant.

If you want to organize a group at your location, your price will be 50% of the cost. (Note: if you organize a group of three people, you will be the fourth; in a group of five, you will be the sixth, and so on).

What to bring to the class/session:

A pen, 2 black markers (medium and thick. Not liners!), colored markers or colored pencils (unlimited quantity). I will provide the paper.

For sessions: If a prepaid session is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment an alternative appointment will be offered. If cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment no refunds will be given and a new appointment will need to be reserved and paid for through Valentina.

For classes: No refunds will be offered in the event you cancel or are unable to participate. However, if you cancel more that 15 days prior to the class date, you may, depending upon availability, be offered a reservation in a future class at no charge. If you cancel within 15 days of the class date, no alternative class dates will be offered.

No refunds in the event you are asked to leave a session or class due to misconduct.
